Design Process Fewer limitations compare to other activities but the fact that it has to look chic was kind of challenging. I had to decide on what materials I'll be using while thinking about the design. I used aluminum string, bought it at Art Store(UC). Since it has to be carried all the time with out wearing it, I decided to use a part of a body.
Communication Not much communication issue in this exercise, but had some struggle understanding the description of the exercise, especially on rules.
Problem Solving Major challenge was to make it look chic. Since everyone's standard on chic-ness is different, I decided to go for "no look"...hide it!!
Team Work Individual exercise, but wised it was group exercise. That way I could've get more better idea on what "chic" exactly is.
Self and Team evaluation After everyone's presentation, again I was amazed by some of the other classmates' design. Maybe I could've used some other materials to make it look chic...
Knowledge about Rapid Prototyping Techniques I had some hard time making the thing out of aluminum string since the joints kept breaking. Wish I could weld it...
